3.81
OK, I'm satisfied for the semester. Overall, I think it turned out pretty well. I have a 4.0 in all of my Italian classes, which was enough to get me an application waiver to Stanford, provided I apply to their Italian Master's program. I don't really know what I would do with a MA in Italian, but hey...at least I could say I went to Stanford. As for my major GPA, it dropped from a 3.40 to a 3.33 because of the B in my Advanced PR Techniques class. The more classes I take in my major, the more I realize how much I'm starting not to like it. I suppose I can either usurp the last year of scholarship money and change majors, or I can graduate next May and get the hell out of Arizona and go to grad school. Economy sucks, might as well stay in school.
Well, some more plans have unfolded for the summer. I'll be ready to start summer school here shortly. The first term will be Mass Communication Law and Introductory Albanian I. I'm still contemplating the second term. I'll go to Malibu and check out Pepperdine in a few weeks. I'm really diggin' their School of Public Policy. In August, I'm going out on my little tour of schools in the New England area. I want to look at Emerson College in Boston. A friend of mine wants to see Harvard, and we'll probably meander down to New Jersey and see Princeton. Plus, while we're in Boston, we might check out this Italian festival going on at the same time. My Aunt Desiree (a Bostonian herself) informed me of it.
Ok...boring entry, I know. But if you go listen to "Come On Eileen" by Dexy's Midnight Runners a few times, I'm sure you'll forget the whole ordeal.
